Recipe for Caramel Sticky Rolls: (SUPER EASY AND OH SO GOOD!!)

Pecan Breakfast Ring

16 Frozen dinner roll balls of dough (they are in the freezer case with the ready to bake breads)
1 small package of Butterscotch Pudding (NOT INSTANT)
3/4 cup Brown sugar
1 cup of Pecans chopped or whole however you wish. I have also used English walnuts
1 Stick of butter or margarine

The night before you plan on serving it:

Spray a bundt pan with Pam, if using an angel food cake pan, make sure it isn't in two pieces or the juice will run out all over the oven.

Put in bottom of pan 1/2 cup of the pecans
Place 16 balls of dough on top of the nuts
Sprinkle the dry pudding over the balls
Melt the stick of butter and brown sugar together and pour over the nuts, dough, and mix.
Sprinkle with the remaining nuts

Put into oven overnight. (DO NOT HAVE OVEN WARM. If you have pilot light you might want it to set inside of cabinet.) DO NOT COVER. Leave pan in the oven overnight!

The NEXT MORNING....about 30 minutes before you want to eat it (and if you want it served warm).....turn your oven to 325, bake 30 mins., do not preheat the oven. DO NOT remove the bundt pan and rolls from oven while it is pre-heating!! Leave the pan in the oven and just turn it on to 325 degrees. Bake for the 30 minutes.

Let set about 5 mins, before turning over onto a plate.

This is delicious and so quick and easy to make!!
