Well Keith is getting ready to go to his daughter's wedding today. He is a bit nervous as he will be walking her down the aisle. Has anyone's wedding ever gone without nerves and jitters and second thoughts? I don't think I have heard of one yet.

Noah and I will be staying home today which only makes Keith more worried. He does not like to do anything alone and I think could use the support...but I also told him he needs to learn to be his own support system and advocate and open his mouth when he feels something is not right and make it right. I hope he knows this to be true....though he has a very hard time acting on it.

Anyway...already in the mid 60s. I just made breakfast and need to get dressed so I can finish working. I get on these blogs and that can take time away from me working if I am not careful.

SO..with that..I NEED to go and dress and work!

Going to watch a documentary on Sunday called "The Boy Whose Face Fell Off"

The preview shows a casket being loaded into a hearse and the boy is talking and saying "that is me in the box"

It looks like it will be good....he apparently has some disease he will die from and he documented his story.

Sad I am sure . It will be on the TLC channel at 8:00 PM eastern time Sunday night. That would be June 26, 2005 I believe.
Still fighting off that migraine. Hey..maybe it ISN'T one?

TOO hot to use the oven to cook so I put a meatloaf in the crockpot with some potatoes. I did make Noah a batch of cookies this morning early before it was to warm up.

Now doing some laundry and trying to work in between getting up every few minutes for something. Very hard to do. Keith is with his dad...he had to go for some physical therapy as he has had problems walking recently. Not sure what is going on. He had hip replacement surgery over a year ago but was better after that. This seems to be something else now. His legs just won't work he said.

Anyway......meatloaf smells good.

I tried and the key word here is TRIED watching "Life Aquatic" last night. MAN...COMEDY? HA...it was not a comedy to me and was so boring. I had to fast forward and then finally turn it off.

THEN I watched "In Good Company" which was a bit better but I even fast forwarded through some parts of that. It was a much better movie though than Life Aquatic ever will be.

I have Racing Stripes and BE Cool on hold for me at the library now. I think Racing Stripes will be okay but I am doubtful for BE COOL. Thank goodness we can fast forward or even TURN IT OFF and did not PAY any money on the movies in case they are bad!

Reading the following books right now (or trying to):

Molecules of Emotion (by Candace Pert, Ph.D)

The Spiritual Universe-How Quantum Physics Proves the Existence of the Soul
(by Fred Alan Wolf, Ph. D)

Why God Won't Go Away - (by Andrew Newberg, MD)

All very good books and I hope I can keep them long enough to actually get them all read as I have very little time for reading these days. AND with a migraine 99% of the time it makes it even harder to read when I do have any free time.

SO...signing off for now.

fighting off a migraine. so much for getting work done today. Too much crap and stress going on this morning.

Maybe I will try again later.

Today was Father's Day so I made Keith some homemade beef and noodles....mashed potatoes and green beans for his dinner. We had pie for dessert. He had chocolate cream pie and I had peanut butter/chocolate cream pie. YUMMY!

HOT today but has been a nice day overall. I freaked out a bit coming back from church and the store as I was getting TOO hungry and felt weak and shaky and stressed...etc. BUT I ate some RAW COOKIE DOUGH with Keith and started to feel a little better.

Now my right eye is burning...has been all day. I think I have a hair or something in it.

Have to run into work tonight and stay over for a meeting tomorrow. I am going to put lasagne in the crockpot for tomorrow's dinner. That way I won't have to heat anything up in the oven or stove and I won't have to pick up anything coming home. PLUS I have been hungry for it.

SO...I am off. I have some loose ends to tie up.

Later!
