Feel Good Saturday.....

"The tiny air currents that a butterfly creates travel across
thousands of miles, jostling other breezes as they go and
eventually changing the weather." - Edward Lorenz, meteorologist at
MIT

We Are All Connected. Because we are all connected, any improvement
you make in your individual world contributes to improving our
world at large. Be selfish enough to want to feel good. If alarms
start going off in your head at the thought of being selfish, keep
in mind that when you're out of alignment, you have nothing
positive to give to anyone anyway. What you vibrate is what you
have to give, which means that when you make feeling good your
highest priority, you are helping yourself AND others. What's good
for you IS good for others. Feeling Good, as it turns out, is the
most Unselfish thing you can do.

Intention........your thoughts.......and what you can do with them...The Institute of Noetic Science..quantum physics......our brains!

This fascinates me.......I really started to get into quantum physics about 3-4 years ago....and I must say....considering this was a topic I always thought would NOT interest me let alone intrigue me.....I now wonder how I survived all those years not knowing a damn thing about the subject.

Our mind fascinates me. What we are capable of doing with our minds and thoughts alone is unbelievable.....and unfortunately few of us really ever use much of a percentage of our brains and what they are truly capable of.

Our INTENTIONS and what they can accomplish are incredible as well. OUR THOUGHTS.....we have only started to scratch the surface of the Law of Attraction and manifesting....with our thoughts and intentions......belief......faith.....prayer.

I could go on and on but I am really trying very hard to NOT be too much a typical woman in that respect because if I were I would start at Point A and keep rambling on and on with filler till I reached Point Z....completing what I have affectionately labeled "THE CIRCLE".....which is only of interest to women and something only women seem compelled to do.....as most men usually tune/zone out somewhere between Point A-B.......and do not un-zombify till you are already completing Point Z. Crap I think I just did it again here anyway!

Anyway......I am trying to be much more direct and to the point...matter of fact......saying everything better with less.....yeah.....well.....as you can see I have a long way to go.

Check these links out for some fascinating material on the latest scientific research and studies on the aspects of what I have talked about above.

Institute of Noetic Science

The institute's work is dedicated to transforming contemporary worldviews on the relationship between consciousness and matter. The implications of their empirical research and community education efforts extend far beyond the laboratory and the lecture hall. Indeed, their work speaks to a shift involving humanity's deepest knowing and understanding of ourselves and our universe.

Be Gentle With Yourself...

Be Gentle with Yourself
By Jafree Ozwald & Margot Zaher
www.EnlightenedBeings.com

“In a gentle way, you can shake the world.” ~Gandhi

How often are you gentle with yourself? Perhaps you have pondered this idea, yet never knew how to implement it. We will teach you how, it is easy! First we invite you to truly wonder what your life would be like if you were just a little more gentle with yourself. This means that if you screw up in life, miss your exit on the freeway, or even lose your cool with your mate, that you treat yourself with more loving kindness and gentleness. We invite you to explore this experience all throughout this week. Notice how many times in a day you are “hard on yourself”, and see what happens when you gently replace that hardness with gentleness.

Live your life gently. Be more like water. Water is soft, flowing, and yielding, yet with time and direction it can cut through any solid metal or rock. Look how simple yet powerful the river is that flows through the Grand Canyon! With this new commitment to being gentle with yourself, you'll soon see how easily you slice through any hardness inside. It is this hardness that creates arguments and eventually dis-ease in one’s life. Remember that the human body is made up of 65% water, and 70% of the brain is pure water! Four hundred gallons of water are recycled through our kidneys each day. Your life truly is more fluid than you think it is.

"Nothing is so strong as gentleness, nothing so gentle as real strength.” ~St. Francis de Sales

This moment contains the possibility of a miracle because YOU have the choice (right now) to respond to your life and everyone in it differently. This conscious ability to respond to others from a more enlightened, free, gentle and loving space comes from practicing these qualities with oneself. Others treat you how you treat yourself. When you are constantly being gentle with yourself, others will only be gentle with you. This gentle energy of self-love is MUCH more productive than anything else you can do with your time here on Earth. No amount of therapy is going to fix you if there is no self-love. Gentleness is the doorway to loving and truly caring for yourself again.

"Be gentle and you can be bold." ~Lao Tzu

forgiveness...

Unleash the Power of Forgiveness
By Margot Zaher and Jafree Ozwald
www.EnlightenedBeings.com

"If we really want to love, we must learn how to forgive." ~Mother Theresa

Spring is a great time of year to practice the beautiful and liberating art of forgiveness. If you are carrying a grudge against anybody, be it big or small you are in essence carry a heavy burden in your heart that is negatively impacting you on many levels. Yes, continuing to be angry or upset with somebody else because they have wronged you only hurts you in the long run. When you hold on to how someone has hurt you, you actually tie up part of your energy in the past. This holding on to the past combined with negative feelings about the experience lower your overall frequency at which you vibrate, hindering your ability on some level to manifest more "goodies" into your life.

Forgiveness is derived from the word to "give". Forgiveness is one of the greatest gifts that you can give yourself. The act of forgiving another will liberate your energy, and set you free to experience more of the beauty of life. The act of forgiveness dramatically increases the energetic frequency at which you body-mind vibrates, allowing you to attract into your life more of those amazing situations and experiences that you have been desiring. Since it takes much energy to hold on to the past, the moment you let go of an "ugly" past event through the act of forgiveness, a ton of energy is freed up to focus on manifesting what you desire in this now moment. Unleash the power behind forgiveness today by taking these two powerful steps:

1. Release those Repressed Feelings
When you hold onto a grudge, you are often holding onto the negative emotions that are attached to that experience. Many of us do not have the ability or opportunity to fully feel and release negative feelings that arise when someone mistreats or hurts us. As a culture we have been taught to repress our feelings, put on a brave face, and go on with our life. The problem is that these feelings fester deep inside of us, and cause us to continue to carry a grudge about the past. The first step in forgiving is letting go of these negative feelings. There are many techniques that can help you release pent up emotions from the past. One simple way you can do this on your own is emotional release journaling. Just write about the past event without censoring. Write until you have emptied everything out. Do not read it once you have finished. Then burn what you have journaled and proclaim out-loud "I let this go". If your repressed emotions are very strong or feel overwhelming, it may be best to get the support of a trained professional to help you let them go. Margot is a powerful healer and can lead you through her special healing process where you will release these pent up emotions so that you can begin to forgive.

2. Consciously Choose Forgiveness
In every moment, you have the opportunity to choose forgiveness over resentment. Choosing forgiveneness means choosing freedom and liberation from the past. Once you decide that you are going to forgive, proclaim this forgiveness outloud to the Universe. The easiest way to do this is to visualize the person in front of you, and say outloud, "I forgive you completely for the past." Just feel what it is like to make this proclaimation. Notice the powerful shift in your energetic body that arises once you committ to forgiveness. You will be amazed out how this declaration will start to create a snowball of high vibrational feeling states in your mindbody, resulting in the manifestation of more positive and desired experiences into your life.

If you are having difficulty letting go, healing or forgiving somebody in your life, Margot can help lead you through a powerful proven healing process (over the phone) that truly works! You will let go of any blocked old emotions, free your heart, and liberate your manifesting energy. If you are interested, contact Margot directly at

love ...

Love is the Answer to Every Question

If you touch one thing with deep awareness, you touch everything.
~Thick Nhat Hanh

From the beginning of time we have been attracted to each other and to the continuing cycle of life, to gain sustenance, grow and play out a destiny together. This attraction leads to admiration, love, and in due course to higher vibrations of light energy. At love’s first blush, our combined energy is a powerful thing to behold. We can practically see the stars light up as we become the focus and center of the earth, of our Universe. We are in awe of each other as we discover the wonder and bliss of being together, being one. The mirror is perfect as it reflects the joy and power of sharing. This is perfect love, perfect joy and perfect peace played out in a reflection of the other.

Romantic love is the prelude to a partnership in life’s journey. This powerful journey provides nourishment to the soul, and alas, ego builds as the perfect complement to life. More definition comes to the partnership as a family begins and we take our place in the community.

When we look down at our first child and realize this gift from the Heavens, the perfect creation and complement to life has unfolded. Great steams of energy shift our personal light ever higher in a brilliant illumination that everyone recognizes. The joy and love in this reflection of self is an awesome experience that many share and all recognize. Love answers the ancient call to generate more love.

Loving from the deepest part of ourselves, given without expectation or judgment allows the blessed object of our desire to flourish. Both participants of the mirrored partnership find balance and healing in this renewing exchange of energy. In this simple exchange we truly see the other at a soul level while reciprocally giving of self. This is easily recognized and understood with lovers, children, friends, and also with pets. Energy shifts back and forth as we take some, and give some. Food for the soul, this nourishment is a critical part of loving, and often overlooked in our driven lifestyles. Keeping love’s energy vibrating high requires that we see each other, feel each other and give to the other in the way that meets our personal needs.

Let’s look at this from a different perspective, a plant for example. What kind of growth would occur in plant life if we only put water on it and deprived it of food? We all need different types of food to flourish. Plants get their energy from light; therefore, they need light to live and to go through the natural photosynthesis process. They will subsist without other nutrients, but not thrive. For plants to go beyond survival to thrive they need additional nutrients as the soil is depleted. Plants also need to be loved and admired. Ask anyone with a green thumb why their plants do so well. They will readily admit that they love their plants. This is the difference between a green thumb and a brown thumb. The green thumb gardener gives their plants attention.

Even an object, such as a car needs attention. Car lovers provide more undivided attention to their vehicles than some parents give to their children. They wash, rub, polish, admire, take pictures of and fully appreciate their vehicles. Thus love creates beauty in the eye of the beholder. Not so easy for someone with whom relationship is a struggle.

The relationship that is a struggle is the most important of all. I am not referring to abusive relationships, but those that seem to cause discomfort. This is where we really grow into ourselves. Learning to see past the projection in this relationship of our most unwanted traits is the first step in true love of self.

Difficult as it may be to admit, that mirror is there because we have invited it into our lives. Get rid of the mirror and another one appears to take its place. Get rid of the relationship and it will be back exactly like the last one. When we allow ourselves to witness this part of self, accept and love ourselves, we are empowered. We have come to know and embrace all aspects of humanity.

Providing the energy of love is all there is in life. Love is the answer to every question. Give unconditionally to what you behold, especially those parts that are not well understood. Observe and give without judgment or expectation. Witness the mirror’s heart, the fulcrum and core of the reflection. This is love fulfilled, baring and exposing itself to both sides of the mirrors edge in a dance of compassion. Love is co-creating itself in splendor and adorning itself in the light from our deepest and purest soulful reflection.

Love asks nothing, but to be. Whatever is left within the circle of love falls aside in appreciation of its self. We need only share that self and in the giving, we both grow and move to the next level of beingness. When we find that fulcrums edge in each mirror we behold, the relationship or beloved object comes full circle and energy’s light shifts again in deep revelation.

Lifted to perfect balance, we co-create our lives in full recognition as duality becomes complementary rather than apposed to the other. Touch one thing in pure conscious awareness and our veil is lifted. We ascend to full consciousness, and the circle of life fills with a purity and peace that nourishes the spirit. As love becomes the answer to every question, we live life in a mirror-less world of full abundance: materially, emotionally and spiritually.

3 questions you must ask yourself every day...

What am I grateful for right now?
What am I happy about right now?
What have I done well today?

By writing the things that you are grateful for, it shifts your thinking from what you don’t have to what you do. What ever you focus on expands. So, if you are focusing on the things that you are grateful for, you will receive more things to be grateful for in your life. That is how it works. That is the law of attraction. The opposite is true as well. If you focus on all the things you don’t have, you will continue to repel the very thing you want from you, because you are FOCUSING on what you don’t have. That is the law of attraction at work also.

the daffodil principle

By Jaroldeen Asplund Edwards

Several times my daughter had telephoned to say, "Mother, you must come to see the daffodils before they are over." I wanted to go, but it was a two-hour drive from Laguna to Lake Arrowhead.

"I will come next Tuesday," I promised a little reluctantly on her third call. Next Tuesday dawned cold and rainy. Still, I had promised, and reluctantly I drove there. When I finally walked into Carolyn's house I was welcomed by the joyful sounds of happy children. I delightedly hugged and greeted my grandchildren. "Forget the daffodils, Carolyn! The road is invisible in these clouds and fog, and there is nothing in the world except you and these children that I want to see badly enough to drive another inch!" My daughter smiled calmly and said, "We drive in this all the time, Mother."
"Well, you won't get me back on the road until it clears, and then I'm heading for home!" I assured her. "But first we're going to see the daffodils. It's just a few blocks," Carolyn said. "I'll drive. I'm used to this." "Carolyn," I said sternly, "Please turn around."

"It's all right, Mother, I promise. You will never forgive yourself if you miss this experience." After about twenty minutes, we turned onto a small gravel road and I saw a small church. On the far side of the church, I saw a hand lettered sign with
an arrow that read, "Daffodil Garden." We got out of the car, each took a child's hand, and I followed Carolyn down the path. Then, as we turned a corner, I looked up and gasped. Before me lay the most glorious sight.... It looked as though someone had taken a great vat of gold and poured it over the mountain peak and its surrounding slopes. The flowers were planted in
majestic, swirling patterns, great ribbons and swaths of deep orange, creamy white, lemon yellow, salmon pink, and saffron and butter yellow. Each different colored variety was planted in large groups so that it swirled and flowed like its own river with its own unique hue. There were five acres of flowers. "Who did this?" I asked Carolyn. "Just one woman," Carolyn answered. "She lives on the property. That's her home." Carolyn pointed to a well-kept A-frame house, small and modestly sitting in the midst of all that glory.

We walked up to the house. On the patio, we saw a poster: "Answers to the Questions I Know You Are Asking" was the headline.

The first answer was a simple one. "50,000 bulbs," it read.

The second answer was, "One at a time, by one woman. Two hands, two feet, and one brain."

The third answer was, "Began in 1958." For me, that moment was a life-changing experience. I thought of this woman whom I had never met, who, more than forty years before, had begun, one bulb at a time, to bring her vision of beauty and joy to an obscure mountaintop.

Planting one bulb at a time, year after year, this unknown woman had forever changed the world in which she lived. One day at a time, she had created some thing of extraordinary magnificence, beauty, and inspiration.

The principle her daffodil garden taught is one of the greatest principles of celebration. That is, learning to move toward our goals and desires one step at a time--often just one baby-step at time...and learning to love the doing...learning to use the accumulation of time. When we multiply tiny pieces of time with small increments of daily effort, we too will find we can accomplish magnificent things.

We can change the world... "It makes me sad in a way," I admitted to Carolyn. "What might I have accomplished if I had thought of a wonderful goal thirty-five or forty years ago and had worked away at it 'one bulb at a time' through all those years? Just think what I might have been able to achieve!" My daughter summed up the message of the day in her usual direct way... "Start tomorrow," she said. She was right. It's so pointless to think of the lost hours of yesterdays. The way to make learning a lesson of celebration instead of a cause for regret is to only ask, "How can I put this to use today?" Use the Daffodil Principle.

Stop waiting..... Until your car or home is paid off . Until you get a new car or home. Until your kids leave the house. Until you go back to school. Until you finish school. Until you clean the house. Until you organize the garage. Until you clean off your desk. Until you lose 10 lbs. Until you gain 10 lbs. Until you get married. Until you get a divorce. Until you have kids. Until the kids go to school. Until you retire. Until summer. Until spring. Until winter. Until fall. Until you die...

There is no better time than right now to be happy. Happiness is the journey, not the destination. So work like you don't need money. Love like you've never been hurt and... truly dance like nobody is watching. "Don't be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin." ~Anonymous
