I wish for my body release of any excess fat...so I can embrace the lean, muscular, strong true me waiting to be seen and recognized underneath. I wish for myself to realize that I can be safe and even stronger and more powerful as a lean, trim person who no longer requires carrying the excess around as a blanket of protection or as a shield of armor. I wish to love myself and treat my body as a temple and realize I am worth it. I wish to remember to take care of myself...to actually put myself on the list every day. I wish for more discipline...to be a parent to myself. I wish for myself to be all I can be and ready to receive.
So I wish for my body to realize I can let the excess pounds of fat go and melt away for good as they are no longer required.

Carmen...your final comment caught me off guard as I have real difficulty in seeing that! BUT thank you very much! I want to believe it and recognize what others might be able to see that I sometimes just cannot.
