EASY AND DELICIOUS PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN BALLS!

For about 15 popcorn balls use 8 quarts of popped popcorn or pop 3 bag of microwave popcorn. I used Act II Light Butter.....but you can choose. OR you can pop your own popcorn......I just figured popping microwave corn would save time. The salt with the sweet topping also is a good mix.

THEN sift through the popped corn and make sure you have no unpopped kernels left mixed in with the popped corn. Spread the popped corn out onto a big deep-dished cookie sheet and put it in the oven to keep it warm while you mix up the topping. WARM oven......lowest setting....

Then take 1 cup of sugar....(WHITE) and 1 cup of clear Karo Syrup.......put into saucepan and cook over medium heat till rolling boil!

Remove from heat........add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 cup creamy peanut butter.

Stir well.....pour topping over popped corn......stir with buttered spoon to coat evenly........with buttered hands roll into balls before it sets up. Set balls onto waxed paper till cool. Wrap in waxed paper.

This is a very quick and easy recipe and is VERY VERY GOOD! You can make as much topping as you like so if you want extra coating increase the recipe.

ENJOY!
