Also...I love Brian Selznick's illustrations and my first experience with him was his book "The Invention of Hugo Cabaret" which became a wonderful movie eventually. His black and white illustrations basically told the entire story with some pages of text...but I absolutely loved his drawings and sketches and ability to tell a story mainly with those alone.

He has a new book now called "The Marvels" and it is also done in the same manner. I can already imagine this being turned into a movie as well one day.
