I have been super busy lately. I sometimes don't know if I am coming or going....but I think I have been doing a lot of both. Saturday I stayed up and made a lemon meringue pie and homemade wheat bread to take to my mom and dad's house for dinner Sunday.....the pie looked better than it tasted. I love lemon meringue pie but this time I used the pudding mix for the filling instead of making my own and it was just plain nasty. The homemade crust and meringue was good....but that was about it! The bread was pretty good...it had sunflower seeds and flaxseed in it as well. VERY good warm with butter. BUT a bit too strong of wheat for my taste and I love wheat.
Been shoveling a lot of snow..moving Christmas stuff out into the garage.....trying to homeschool Noah and work full time too...and be "creative" when I can. I now get to tackle redoing this office area.....that is going to be a project!
More later.....Super Bowl is coming up on Sunday...should be fun to watch!

It must be pie making this week. I made two pumpkin pies on Monday. It's so cold with freezing rain and snow that's it's good to stay in and cook. Your pies look good.
It's 23 degrees here in PA right now and it's freezing rain on top of the snow we got last night. Is it snowing where you're at today?
